I was so happy to find Ilan at 135 West 29th Street. Ilan is a good man, who has a great team and super who are there to make sure we are taken care of and treated appropriately. They are always willing to help, fix any problem and help you when a non-traditional situation arises. The building is safe, and clean and I plan on getting a bigger space next year, but only if I can stay at the Haymarket. Don’t want to ever have to go to another building. Our agency has been in the Haymarket building for 10 years and over the years we've continued to take up more and more space since we really enjoyed being in the building. Not only do you get a great space for a good price but you are also centrally located within walking distance to different trains/subways which is helpful for our team who is commuting from all different areas. Ilan has always been such a great person to work with and is there if you need him for anything, which you don't always get with a landlord! Ilan, Ray and the entire building staff really keep the building up to date and well maintained. Our team has developed friendships with the staff which makes it a nice place to come into everyday.
